After we bought our 1988 home in NPR in late 2020 and saved money, we worked with Nathan on a major kitchen/home remodel when he was at another company in 2023. Chris came out and did a great job explaining the project to us. He got us a quote within a few minutes and the price was fair for the project being done. Currently, we have been very satisfied with their team. We placed our initial order with Chris/High Tide in late December for hurricane panels on the majority of our 1st floor’s doors, 3 garage doors. We also had some powder-coating done to match the color of our house. They provided updates on manufacturing, delivery schedule, painting on a very sufficient amount of follow-up. The installers were great; extremely exact and clean job. I would highly recommend High Tide for most services they provide. I’ll follow-up after we have expierence installing them ourselves, and hopefully not having to use during a future flood, like Helene. Call Chris. Good guy!

The High Tide Home Pros team installed our flood barriers a few weeks ago. The crew was very professional, did a great job and explained how to install them. We wish there had been more communication with scheduling as we didn’t hear from them between buying them and receiving a call the day before the installation (with months in between). The plus side the installation was done a month sooner than the sales person had stated. We have not had the barriers tested with a flood event, and hopefully we will never need to use the gates; but it gives us peace of mind to know we have them.

He was very skilled, cleaned as he worked, on time each day for the project and produced great results. He had to remove a wall between two closets to make one large one. After flood waters entered my home after Hurricane Helene, I investigated options for installing flood barriers on our doors. After getting bids and looking at alternatives, I have settled on High Tide Home Pros. They were very responsive in providing different options. Their proposal was the most competitive estimate we received. The product they offer appears to be the best on the market for ease of installation and quality. Other products are cheaper but do not appear to be as effective in keeping water out. There is a wait period to have the barriers customized for our entrances. And, we have not had the barriers tested yet by a real flood event. Hopefully we will never need to use the gates, but it sure will feel good to know we have protection. Sales people Michelle and Chris seemed to accept us as family which certainly led us to be trusting of them and the product.

The installers were great; extremely exact and clean job. I would highly recommend High Tide for most services they provide. I’ll follow-up after we have expierence installing them ourselves, and hopefully not having to use during a future flood, like Helene. Call Chris. Good guy!

The leadership team at this company is top notch. I was very impressed with Chris and Kelly's professionalism and will for sure refer them to anyone I know that wants to upgrade their bathroom. I cant say enough about them!!! Also, they offer a product called Garrison flood barrier and I will definitely be purchasing them as soon as I can. Amazing!! I was extremely pleased with the work of High Tide Handyman services, especially Chris who demoed my closet in preparation for new closet fixtures to be installed. He was very skilled, cleaned as he worked, on time each day for the project and produced great results. He had to remove a wall between two closets to make one large one. It involved removing an outlet as well. He was very professional. I highly recommend him and High Tide Handyman Services.

After flood waters entered my home after Hurricane Helene, I investigated options for installing flood barriers on our doors. After getting bids and looking at alternatives, I have settled on High Tide Home Pros. They were very responsive in providing different options. Their proposal was the most competitive estimate we received. The product they offer appears to be the best on the market for ease of installation and quality. Other products are cheaper but do not appear to be as effective in keeping water out. There is a wait period to have the barriers customized for our entrances. And, we have not had the barriers tested yet by a real flood event. Hopefully we will never need to use the gates, but it sure will feel good to know we have protection. Sales people Michelle and Chris seemed to accept us as family which certainly led us to be trusting of them and the product.

After we bought our 1988 home in NPR in late 2020 and saved money, we worked with Nathan on a major kitchen/home remodel when he was at another company in 2023. So glad to reconnect with him and learn about High Tide Home Pros. The entire staff from office to team workers was amazing. John M, project manager, kept us informed every step of the way. So far my experience has been great. Requested a quote online and was contacted a couple hours later. Set up an appointment the following day. Chris came out and did a great job explaining the project to us. He got us a quote within a few minutes and the price was fair for the project being done. Now we wait to get parts in to begin the project!

Currently, we have been very satisfied with their team. We placed our initial order with Chris/High Tide in late December for hurricane panels on the majority of our 1st floor’s doors, 3 garage doors. We also had some powder-coating done to match the color of our house. They provided updates on manufacturing, delivery schedule, painting on a very sufficient amount of follow-up.
